Kativa is a part of a well-known and prosperous company – Starbrands. It is one of the most popular company from Peru. It was founded by Cesar Davila over 17 years ago. Products that he promotes are distributed in over 35 countries all over the world. Hair care is essential in such a hot and a bit tropical climate. No wonder that Kativa has launched Argan Oil, 4 Oils, Intensive Hair Oil.
DESCRIPTION:
Kativa Argan Oil offers our hair four well-suited conditioning and nourishing ingredients. The main one is argan oil (Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil) – appreciated for ages due to its strengthening and moisturising properties. It is rich in vitamin E which is a natural antioxidant. It helps to fight off free radicals and slows down hair ageing. What is more, it delivers strong regenerating properties and shine. Argan oil excellently protects strands from mechanical treatments (tearing, backcombing, blow-drying, straightening) and harmful influence of the environment.
The serum contains also flaxseed oil (Linum Usitatissimum Extract) which offers regenerating properties. It will also take care of dry and damaged hair ends. Moreover, it moisturises, adds shine and helps to rebuild hair fibres.
Sesame oil (Sezamum Indicum Seed Oil) – enhances hair repair; similarly to argan oil, it contains a large amount of vitamin E. What is more, it offers a diversity of group B vitamins. Their deficit may cause brittleness and hair loss and they take part in hair growth process. Minerals (magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, protein) included in the oil are responsible for moisturising hair, prevent brittleness, hair loss and split ends.
Kativa oil is enriched with keratin which rebuilds hair structure, strengthens and adds volume. Hair becomes strong and bouncy.
Kativa Oil contains a lot of argan oil but very little linseed and sesame extract. What is more, the serum contains paraffin which may stimulate sebaceous glands to produce excessive sebum thus make hair oily. Women whose hair tends to get oily should use Kativa oil exclusively for hair ends. What is more, the oil includes sunscreen which will provide protection from sunbeams.
The oil is designed to protect hair and provide it with softness and shine – it fulfils the task excellently. Argan Oil contains a lot of silicones as well. Luckily, these are only safe and volatile silicones. Their job is conditioning, smoothing and protecting hair from high temperatures.
One of the silicones improves structure of even most damaged hair.
The oil captivates with its fragrance – wonderful and long-lasting.
The bottle has 60 ml capacity. The oil is medium density, easily applied to hair and quite efficient. It holds out 2-3 months.
Instead of a pump, the bottle has a “press and lift” cork – the application is very easy. However, the leftovers of the oil settle at the bottom and it is hard to take it out from the bottle.
The good news is that Kativia Oil is free from harmful salts and sulphates – SLES. It is a great advantage because these strong and foaming detergents may cause allergic reactions and irritate the scalp.
PURPOSE:
The task of the oil is providing hair with protection, strength and shine. It is designed for all hair types. However, in case of oily hair, it should be used moderately: applied exclusively to ends or to the lengths for 10-15 minutes before washing. It will be great as an addition to treatment with natural oils.
DIRECTIONS:
Rub the oil in hands (1-2 drops) and apply to dry or damp hair. Don’t rinse.
Women who have oily hair can apply it for 10-15 minutes, prior to washing. Applying it exclusively to hair ends (dry or damp) is also a good idea.
